You probably heard the same origin story I did – John Thomas, on his way to America in 1832, caught in a violent storm in the middle of the Atlantic. He thought he was going to die and prayed to God to save him, committing to search out the truth of the Christian faith if God did just that.

I’m in Bible College this year, working towards a Diploma in Biblical Theology (this will, I know, NOT COME AS A SHOCK TO SOME OF YOU…) and really, it’s the dream of a lifetime to spend 5+ hours each week in biblical conversation with others of a similar persuasion.
