Why Theology Is For Everyone
As someone pointed out to me recently, and quite rightly so, the word theology can sound somewhat academic. Something relegated to dry and dusty libraries, for men with stiff upper lips and starched upper collars.
The gospel is good news before it is good advice. It tells us who Jesus is, what he has done, and what that means for our lives and our world.

I was a different person back then. At least I’d like to think so. Dogmatic. Self-assured. Self-righteous. It’s hard to know for sure. What part is personality, what part is learned

I’m in Bible College this year, working towards a Diploma in Biblical Theology (this will, I know, NOT COME AS A SHOCK TO SOME OF YOU…) and really, it’s the dream of a lifetime to spend 5+ hours each week in biblical conversation with others of a similar persuasion.
